Saw 2 very white snowy owls on the weekend. The one above was photographed in Orleans. Based on its location, I would say thousands of people have seen it already over the winter. Although very white with some faint flecks, it looks larger than you'd expect a male owl to be. Believe it or not, some females can also be fairly white.
