Snowy owl along Rushmore in Ottawa. Although we have a fair number of snowy owls in Ottawa, it doesn't compare to places like Wolfe Island near Kingston. It was reported that they counted 46 snowy owls there yesterday. It would not surprise me if there are many snowy owls on Amherst Island too. Amherst Island is right next door to Wolfe Island.
