Only 3 of us was photographing the famous screech owl this afternoon at this particular time when it was looking up at the taller treetops. It flew out of the nest and onto a near by branch for a few seconds, then flew to the top of a pine tree where you could barely see it. This is one of a few pics I got before it took off again. I'm not sure, but I think only 1 other got pics of it on the branch as well. It was darker in there and shutter speed was slow so my flight shots were all blurred.
