Last year was the first year I had a feeder up in the summer and I saw my first Pine Siskins. This year I put up one with nyger and finch seeds and I am amazed at how many come to the feeder. They seem to be there all day eating constantly. I don't know where they put it all. They are not very afraid. They fly away when I first open the door to go outside but soon return. It is fun watching how they interact.
