A lovely Baltimore Oriole male enjoying a spring day. These birds have been voted one of the 10 most beautiful birds by ornithologists. The female is much paler and builds wonderful hanging nests. They are a fruit loving bird and go crazy over oranges. These beautiful birds winter in Mexico and Central America and come back to Canada and the US in May.
