The oldest of the Trumpeter Swan Cygnets in the Nonquon/Port Perry Lagoons is starting to flap its growing wings in the breezes. It seems to want its nest mates to do the same and is, in this picture showing them how its done. Their lack of enthusiasm to the idea is evident in this picture. This was as exciting as things for today. It was a bit cooler than normal. Maybe tomorrow. I went to check the river and found a preening Green Heron. I'll post a pic.
