This is a huge colony of Cormorents alongside the Pictou causeway at waters edge. They are on the Pictou N.S. side of the causeway. They are there in great numbers, as stopping your vehicle on causeway is prohibited so they are not disturbed. One has to walk there. It was quite interesting seeing the chicks of various days/months, and probably that same day of birth.
