The gaspereaux were running in the Wallace River in Nova Scotia, and the tide was low. A tidal pool had trapped a school of the mackerel-like fish, and this bald eagle saw his opportunity for a good meal. He swooped in and grabbed 4 fish at once! He managed to keep three, and one escaped.
