This little Cormorant has not finished growing. He was born this spring. His wings and tail are brown and his beak is still short. Looks like his first time perching up there. The wind is blowing and he is teetering a bit. He still has a little fluff in his feathers, you could see it blowing in the wind. When he is finished growing he will be all black.
