We hiked the trail up to Larch Meadows this afternoon. It snowed earlier in the day and people coming down the trail told us it was foggy at the top, but when we got up to the meadow, it was gorgeous and sunny. Some of these larches are 2000 years old! And right now, they are gorgeous in fall color. In one of these photos, there seems to be a rainbow in the fog. A fog bow perhaps.
