Many new and repeat visitors can be seen around the garden now that the butterfly bushes are in full bloom. I find the checkered body of the black swallowtail to be really cool. I captured photos of the same red admiral yesterday. Numerous white cabbages can be seen performing mid-air dances throughout the day. The monarch pleasantly surprised me by fully opening its wings briefly while feeding on the fragrant butterfly bush flower. Cheers everyone! :^)
