It started out as a fairly nice day but as the afternoon wound down the winds came up and the temperature started to drop fast. That didn't bother the local wildlife though as I walked the trails in Champlain Park I noticed rabbit tracks in the fresh snow just about everywhere, and areas where the rabbits had been laying down in the bright sunshine. I missed getting one shot but caught up to one further down the trail that only went into its hole after a snowmobile roared by.
