A new friend has come out of the rockwork along The Kate Pace Way and seems to enjoy the food being served but is very shy and doesn't like posing for pictures. This cute little Mouse has been showing up as often as my little Red Squirrels to enjoy a helping of fresh peanut halves, cracked corn and sunflower seeds. It usually takes one nut in its mouth and barely hangs onto another as it weaves through the rocks and then across the forest floor to its home about 100' away, pretty quick too!
