The cleanup began this afternoon in Shelburne after Tropical Storm Arthur swept through, downing tree branches and even entire trees throughout Shelburne County. Power was out for much of the day, but power to parts of the town were restored at 6:40 p.m. However, other parts of town remained without power late this evening.
