LITTERED WITH STORM DEBRIS

548 views Louise G August 5, 2014 Burlington, ON Date shot: August 5, 2014

Lake Ontario was dead calm today, the day after the 125mm rainfall. This photo was taken between Burloak and Appleby Line. All the things you see floating are debris carried into the lake by the storm. It looked mostly of tree pieces. I was amazed how far out in the lake that this debris was, hundreds of feet. Several pieces a little further west of this looked to be whole trees.
