It looks like a funnel cloud to me and It had rotation and it also puled smaller dark clouds up from under it that appeared from no were. the cloud came from the east and just stopped here for a short time then traveled to the south east and just 3 to 6 miles to the east of me it dropped up to 2 inch hale.
