This was the second mini flash flood of the summer in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, I think. There was flooding around low spots, a railway underpass and at an intersection on Front Street, and from what I've observed--and, after talking with a few locals, who agree they've never seen anything like it--that kind of sudden flooding has not occurred, at least not recently. Evidence of climate change?
