The Earth has never seemed so alive!
John Nelson, an expert in data visualization, used in high-resolution satellite images from NASA to make this amazing montage.
Using Earth images captured by 12 satellites on cloudless days each month, he created an animated GIF he called "a land that breathes."
The planet appears to become more beautiful with each "breath" it takes. Bet you can't watch this just once!
