This is one of those things you have to see to believe.

In Fort Myers Beach, Florida, a man's car wound up in the water after he reportedly handed his keys over to a valet to park it Saturday night.

The car was on dock when it started to roll then went into the water.

Apparently, the valet forgot to put the car in park.

Luckily, no one was inside the car at the time.

By Sunday morning, it was 4 metres deep when divers stepped in to retrieve the car.

It's not clear whether the car ended up with any scratches, but -- as you can see -- the owner is probably a little more concerned about the water damage at this point.

This isn't the first time there's been a mishap at the valet parking lot.
