UK officials say there's no end in sight to the record-breaking rain and wind that has battered Britain since early December.

Thousands of homes remain under threat, transportation has been disrupted and soldiers have been called in to help.

For many, life has come to a halt in the wake of the flood -- but human spirit always prevails.

Check out this recent video by a pair of acrobats called Flippin' Floods.

In it, two young men perform a series of flips and tumbles through water-filled parks.
