Two feet of hail piles up in New Mexico

Some freak weather unleashed a fury in parts of New Mexico as people prepared to celebrate the fourth of July on Thursday.
The severe weather paralyzed sections of Santa Rosa and some people reported that two feet of golf-ball sized hail rained down on the city.
Crews pulled out snow plows for the cleanup.
The unusual weather also damaged homes, cars and places of worship.
"I have never, ever seen it like this. It's hailed before and we've even gotten bigger hail, but this time it was just because it was so much hail," said Santa Rosa resident Roberta Blea.
