Toronto's Don Valley Parkway expressway re-opens after rollover

The northbound and southbound lanes of the DVP at Don Mills Rd. and Eglinton Ave. have re-opened after a dump truck rollover closed a section of the expressway in both directions.
The section of road were closed after a truck was travelling north around 1:30 p.m. ET flipped and spread debris in the southbound lanes.

Police were at the scene shortly after the crash. The truck, which was travelling northbound on the DVP, crashed into a median near Don Mills Road.
According to the Toronto Star, the truck was carrying dry cement, which was thrust into southbound lanes.
The driver, a man in his 40s, had to be extracted from the vehicle and was reported to be in life-threatening condition.
He has been taken to a nearby hospital.
Police are investigating.
