Thousands remain without power in Pennsylvania

More than a half million people in the U.S. northeast have been slammed by crippling ice storms, freezing off a huge chunk of the northeast and knocking out power in several states.
from Maryland to New Jersey to Maine, it's been lights out for many, but it's especially bad in Pennsylvania.
Some residents say it's been an unbearable three days without electricity or heat in the Philadelphia area as temperatures stay frigid.
The desperate city is now calling for help from utility crews across the nation, and even here in Canada.
With relief possibly still days away, President Obama declared Philadelphia and its four neighboring counties a disaster zone on Thursday.
One Pennsylvania bakery says all of her inventory has been destroyed by the loss of power.
She says her business survived the punch of Hurricane Sandy only to be knocked out by this latest round of storms.
