Star Trek Galileo shuttle craft finds a new home

Star Trek fans were in awe in Houston on Thursday as they stood by for the unveiling of the newly-restored Galileo.
The shuttle craft made its TV debut in 1967 during the airing of the original Star Trek series. A fan saved it from the trash heap and rebooted the spaceship with an intergalactic makeover.
Several actors who appeared in the series were there to welcome the shuttle to its new, permanent home at NASA's Johnson Space Center.
