Something strange spotted on camera - UFO?

What started off as a quiet night behind one Naples, Florida condo building quickly turned into the talk of the town.
Monday night a security officer was watching the cameras out back when she noticed strange lights swooping over the pool.
At first glance it almost looks like a saucer shaped object up top while it goes down into the pool and expands like a web moving back and forth. After nearly 30 minutes of this it starts to disappear.
Security officer Debralee Thomas says bugs fly up to their cameras all the time, but this was further away dipping in and out of the pool which is why she showed the video to managers.
"It was down on the ground but some of that webbing was longer and made a funnel down into the pool," said Thomas. "And whatever it was doing in the pool I do not know. I think this is unbelievable. I've never seen anything like this and it lasted more than 20 minutes."
It's still unclear what the object was.
Security officials have shown the video to experts who are equally mystified by the image.
