Snow in June? Must be northern Ontario
Tuesday, June 4, 2013, 1:06 PM -
The official start to summer is just weeks away, but try telling that to those living in northern Ontario.
Just in case you thought it was chilly in #Toronto yesterday (17C), it was snowing in Timmins, Kapuskasing and Hearst.

Wet snow coated the ground on Monday and frigid early morning temperatures made it feel closer to -5 in places like Timmins and Kapuskasing.
Several people took to Twitter to report the "Junuary" conditions.
"It's 8:30 am on JUNE 3rd and I'm seeing a light rain and snow mix," tweeted one resident from Timmins.
Gilbert Foisy from Hearst, Ontario also posted this photo to The Weather Network Facebook page.

Temperatures climbed well above zero throughout the day, helping most of the snow that had fallen to melt.
And despite another chilly start to the day on Tuesday, sunshine and double digit highs are forecast for the rest of the week.
#Canada's #weather can be crazy! Wet #snow falling in #Timmins all day but Tues 14C/sun. #Iqaluit keeping you company, 11cm &counting. #TTOT
