Thursday, May 28, 2015, 7:11 AM - Hot and muggy conditions sparked strong thunderstorms across southern Ontario Wednesday evening.

Environment Canada issued a severe thunderstorm warning for several places including the entire Greater Toronto Area, cautioning heavy rain, strong wind and potential hail. The warnings were later dropped.

As storms cleared a beautiful full circle rainbow took over social media just before dusk Wednesday, with many Torontonians Tweeting and Instagramming the colourful spectacle.

With the humidity, it's expected to feel like 30 in parts of Ontario Thursday. Mainly sunny skies and a high of 25oC is expected for Toronto.
