It will be below-seasonal in parts of Canada this weekend, but it won't be as cold as it is in parts of the U.S., with one community dealing with record snowfall.

    When most people think of May, they think of mild weather, but that hasn't been the case in parts of Illinois.

    Take Rockford, for example, which is dealing with record-breaking snow.

    The National Weather Service forecasts is calling for patchy frost to continue through the area through Friday night, with a low hovering around the freezing mark.

    Meanwhile, in Florida heavy rains have left streets flooded.

    Rising waters stranded drivers and left employees stuck in their offices for several hours.

    Public works employees say a plan is in place to alleviate flooding in the area.
