Wednesday, February 18, 2015, 11:21 AM - Secret RCMP documents warn environmental groups are trying to disrupt the petroleum industry in Canada and could use violence to do it -- a revelation that has green activists worried they'll be targeted for surveillance.
The RCMP has now labelled the so-called 'anti-petroleum' movement a growing and violent threat.
Some environmentalists say they fear they may be swept up in Canada's tightening security net.
