Wednesday, August 13, 2014, 8:30 AM - The same low pressure system that's been bringing heavy rain and localized flooding to parts of Ontario will continue to bring rain and cool weather to southern Quebec.

"These conditions will move slowly toward the centre of the province today," says Environment Canada in a rainfall warning issued Wednesday. "50 to 90 millimetres of rain are expected until Thursday for areas along the St. Lawrence between Montréal and Charlevoix, with the most significant amounts over the Laurentians foothills."
