Must-see shots of Monday's Prairie storms
Digital Reporter
Tuesday, July 28, 2015, 7:32 AM - A major outbreak of severe weather tore through parts of the Prairies well into the night Monday.
Several unconfirmed tornadoes were sighted over the course of the evening, some apparently strong enough to rip up asphalt and apparently damage a farmstead near Tilson, Man., according to Environment Canada.
The storm system also brought torrential rains of more than 70 mm to some locations, sparking localized flooding in parts of Regina, Sask., along with gusty winds of more than 70 km/h that sparked wind warnings for some communities, some of which are still in effect.
Here's what the storms looked like on social media.
