Freight train derailment near Brockville impacts service between Toronto to Montreal

Thursday, July 10, 2014, 7:55 AM - A CN train derailment in Brockville, Ont. has impacted services running from Montreal to Toronto and Toronto to Ottawa Thursday morning.
There were no reports of injuries and Via Rail says it will transport passengers using alternate transportation.

Passengers are being told to expect heavy delays.
A CN spokeswoman says the 26-car freight train had two loaded automobile carriers, five cars carrying carbon powder and 13 unloaded fuel tank cars, according to The Canadian Press.
