Drake gave us his views from the 6ix: Now, here are yours
Digital Reporter
Friday, April 29, 2016, 5:26 PM - On Friday, Toronto rapper Drake has released his latest album Views from the 6ix.
For those of you that don't know, "the 6ix" is a slang word for Toronto.
There's some debate about where this nickname came from. Some say it's meant to include the 6 numbers in the Toronto's codes (416 and 647) while others say it comes from the city's original 6 burroughs: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, York and Etobicoke, and East York. These cities were amalgamated into Toronto in 1998.
We're paying tribute to Drake's new album -- which will no doubt produce at least one radio hit this summer -- by featuring YOUR views from the 6ix.
