Western Canada

  • Prairies: A few snow flurries are expected in southern Alberta Saturday with 5-10 cm possible in central Saskatchewan and southwestern Manitoba through Sunday.
  • British Columbia: "An active, moist pattern is on tap for B.C. this weekend," Hamilton says. "Wet snow for Whistler over the coming days with 50+ cm of snow at the highest elevations through the weekend." Steady rain will also fall with upwards of 60 mm likely in the Vancouver area.
