- Which phones will this application work on?
All Rogers/Fido regular handsets (Motorola, Samsung, LG) will work. All BlackBerry® smartphones will work. PALM and Windows will not work.
- Why are there multiple incidents for the same road name?
Incidents cover a large area and in many cases the same incident may appear more than once for the road that is specified.
- How do I get images to appear at the full screen size?
Go to "Options" from the main menu screen and select "Camera Feed Settings" then set the image size to large.
- How do I turn on/off labels, incident icons, and background roads on the map page?
Icons and labels can be turned on/off from the map screen by selecting menu. Background roads can be turned on/off from the Options page.
- My battery runs down quicker with the application open.
Open applications will tend to use more battery power. Close the application if you are not using it.
- How much data is being used by this application?
The average data used per session by the application is about 50 kb but can vary depending on usage.
- Why is my data taking so long to download?
First time use may take longer than usual to get the data.
- How do I navigate the map if I have a device that has a side wheel instead of a trackball?
Side wheel devices can use the E, X, S, and F keys to navigate the map.
