Improving the 7-Day forecast: We need your help

At The Weather Network we are constantly working to improve our website in order to provide the best forecasts, weather-related content and information in the most user-friendly way. More importantly, we value the opinions of our users to provide input on the website so that it will best suit your wants and needs.

WEATHER APPS AND SERVICES: Browse The Weather Network's website right on your phone. It's fast and easy, offering you all the valuable weather information you'll need on the go.

We are currently looking to improve one of the most-popular sections of our website: the 7-Day forecast. After reviewing user feedback, we have created an updated version of the 7-Day tab that allows for all seven days to be visible while allowing for more vertical space to showcase some of the additional data available. This will allow the page to load faster, reduce scrolling and improve the experience on tablet and mobile devices.

Below you will find the current and new 7-Day display tabs, and we ask you to review before having your say.

Option 1: Five days visible with scroll for arrow for more days. Additional data is displayed on one line. A yellow trend line shows whether the temperature is generally increasing or decreasing.

Option 2: All seven days visible with expanded space with no scrolling required. Additional data separated by white/grey and high/low temperatures displayed in two different colours to improve readability.

Please take your time to review both designs and vote below on your preferred option. You can only vote once, so make it count as your feedback will help us to continually improve your experience.

Thanks for reading, voting and making theweathernetwork.com a valuable part of your day. Should you have any concerns or comments, please have your say in the comment section below.
