In northeast Texas, Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins,Lamar, Leon, Rains and Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Milamand Robertson.* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higheramounts up to 4 inches.
