...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...Neches River At Rockland affecting Angelina, Jasper, Tyler andPolk Counties.Neches River Near Alto affecting Anderson, Cherokee, Trinity andHouston Counties....The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Neches River Near Diboll affecting Houston, Tyler, Trinity,Angelina and Polk Counties.For the Neches River...including Alto, Diboll, Rockland...Minorflooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.* WHEN...Until late Friday morning.* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Boat ramps and picnic areas near the riverwill begin to flood. Ranchers should move cattle and equipmentnear the river to higher ground.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.9 feet.- Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 17.2 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stagelate tomorrow evening and continue falling to 13.0 feetSunday morning.- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of16.8 feet on 12/21/2018.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
