...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Neches River Near Alto affecting Trinity, Cherokee, Anderson andHouston Counties.For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto,Diboll, Rockland...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Boat ramps and picnic areas near the riverwill begin to flood. Ranchers should move cattle and equipmentnear the river to higher ground.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.6 feet.- Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday was 17.0 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stagetomorrow evening and continue falling to 12.4 feet Sundayevening.- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of16.5 feet on 03/12/2012.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
