...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...Sabine River At Longview affecting Gregg and Rusk Counties....The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Upshur, Smith, Gregg andWood Counties.Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Upshur, Smith and WoodCounties.For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Sabine River at Longview.* WHEN...From late Friday night until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Lowland flooding will continue for severaldays. Oil field operations will be curtailed and timber resourceswill suffer severe flooding. Fisherman should use caution ascurrents are swift.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.7 feet.- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stageearly Saturday morning and continue rising to 27.4 feetSunday morning.
