...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Franklin, Titus, Red River andMorris Counties.For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco.* WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 22.5 feet.- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 8:45 PM CDT Monday was 22.5 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.5feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall belowflood stage tomorrow afternoon.- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of22.4 feet on 12/23/2013.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
