...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Franklin, Morris, Titus andRed River Counties.For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco.* WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon.* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Expect moderate flooding of lowland areaswith some secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipmentnearby the river should be moved to higher ground.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 23.3 feet.- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 7:45 PM CDT Monday was 23.3 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.0feet tomorrow morning.
