...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers inIllinois...Missouri...Mississippi River at Winfield.Mississippi River at Clarksville....The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers inIllinois...Missouri...Mississippi River at Louisiana.Mississippi River at Chester.River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecastprecipitation for the next 24 hours.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville.* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.* IMPACTS...At 25.5 feet, State Route P east of Elsberry beginsflooding just east of the levee.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 25.9 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 10:00 AM CDT Monday was 26.2 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stagetomorrow evening and continue falling to 24.3 feet Sundaymorning.- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
