* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Iowa, including the followingareas, Henry IA, Jefferson, Keokuk, Van Buren and Washington.* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Extensive streetflooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in a short time arepossible. With soils saturated from rainfall this morning,this will lead to an increased risk of flash flooding throughthis evening.
