...The National Weather Service in Quad Cities IA IL has issued aFlood Warning for the following rivers in Iowa...Illinois...Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and DesMoines Counties.Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Henderson, Des Moines,Hancock and Lee Counties.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18.* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to Sunday evening.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.8 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagetomorrow morning to a crest of 10.2 feet early Thursdayafternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sundaymorning.- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
