...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers inIllinois...Illinois River at La Salle affecting Putnam, La Salle and BureauCounties.For the Illinois River (Upper)...including La Salle...Minor floodingis forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstreamto confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge.* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Agricultural areas in La Salle, SpringValley, and Peru are inundated.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 20.8 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 20.8 feet.- Forecast...The river is cresting at 20.8 feet, and isexpected to remain at crest into early Thursday morningbefore beginning a slow fall.
