Description
South winds will gust up to 40 mph this afternoon. This will createdifficult travel for high profile, lightweight vehicles, especiallyon east west roads. In addition, dry topsoil and recently plowedfields will lead to areas of blowing dust. This can create sharplyreduced visibility over short distances in rural areas.

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous drivingconditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught indense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keepyour foot off the brake.
