...The Flood Warning is extended for the following points along theIllinois River...Illinois River at Hardin.Illinois River at Meredosia.Illinois River at Valley City.River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecastprecipitation for the next 24 hours.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Illinois River at Meredosia.* WHEN...From late Wednesday night until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, City of Meredosia plugs storm seweroutlets.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.1 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stageearly Thursday morning and continue rising to 18.0 feet earlySunday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
