* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.* WHERE...Portions of the Illinois River Valley, including thefollowing counties: Fulton, Knox, Marshall, Mason, Peoria,Schuyler, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford.* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday morning.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Several rounds of thunderstorms will bring heavy rainfall ina short amount of time.
