...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers inIllinois...Illinois River near Havana affecting Mason, Cass and FultonCounties..The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soilmoisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to agriculturalareas not protected by levees.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.3 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 9:45 AM CDT Saturday was 14.5 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.3feet this afternoon.
